After nearly one year of thorough and intensive research, strategy and execution, The Endocrine Society unveiled a redesigned website to its more than 11,000 members. The enhanced and dynamic website provides added member value and service by offering a wider range of information — categorized by members’ roles and interests — in one- or two-click access.
Designed and built by Fusion Productions, in collaboration with their partner PaperThin, the website redesign consisted of discovery and analysis, information architecture, a usability study, implementation of a content management system (CMS), conversion of all web pages into the CMS and many custom applications.
“The Endocrine Society is proud to provide our members with an extensive website which categorizes the content by subject areas and our members’ role in the field,” said Wendy Millhollon, Director, Endocrine Portal at The Endocrine Society. “In addition, we are providing our members with an opportunity to customize their own front page content. Working with Fusion Productions has been a blessing. With their expertise and vision, we were successful in launching a new site which was well received by our members.”
According to Don Dea, Co-Founder, Fusion, “This project was a major success both for Fusion Productions and The Endocrine Society. Due to the in-depth analysis (D&A) and consistent communication, Fusion was able to produce and deliver a high-quality redesigned website which met The Endocrine Society’s objectives and goals.”
