Community building requires a comprehensive examination of how this "strategy" relates to one's tangible member experience, adds momentum to existing association programs and services, and maintains a support structure that sustains community growth. In this session, we shall examine why associations are having trouble building community and identify how others are using them to cultivate knowledge management, standards and practices, and expanded and ever-evolving social networks.
