Southeast Florida Library Information Network Job System

Fusion worked with SEFLIN to customize their existing Job Postings and Resume Bank applications to better fit the association's and member's needs. A new front-end and administrative back-end were created that allows staff the ability to modify the code, which was previously encrypted.

A “theming” function was developed so that the State Library and the six Multiple Library Cooperatives (MLC) can customize the look and feel of the system to match their own web site. Options are available for staff to edit in simple (WYSIWYG) or advanced (HTML) mode.

Look and feel options in simple mode
The administrative interface provides SEFLIN staff the ability to manage jobs, resumes, job seekers, employers, themes, and categories. Staff can set expiration dates for resumes and jobs as well as manage email notifications for various actions like updated resume, new job postings, password changes, etc. A reports section provides statistics on job searches by date, resumes by location, jobs by location, and number of resumes viewed.
