Project Management Institute Call for Presentations

Fusion designed and developed a custom online application for PMI where potential speakers submit presentations for consideration for PMI's Global Congress conferences. At the end of the submission window, PMI staff assign each presentation to a series of Reviewers who may access each presentation online, assign a score and, if necessary, communicate to the submitter for content clarification. All communication is performed via the CFP application or via email and is "blind" — presenters are not aware of the identity of the reviewers.

An administrative interface provides PMI staff the ability to:

  • Schedule concurrent congress events — each with a unique submission window
  • Manage presentations, presenters, and reviewers
  • Manage score cards
  • Update FAQ
  • Create/Edit email templates for communicating confirmations, seminar materials, review deadlines, submission reminders, etc.
