Fusion designed and developed personalized sites targeted to meeting planners to provide additional value and a more efficient communication process with Gaylord Hotels staff. Meeting planners get easy access to their account and profile information as well as their meeting history including managing Request for Proposals (RFPs).
![]() Fusion's staff of meeting producers — including some former meeting planners with over 20 years of experience — dug into their expansive knowledge base to create a set of articles, checklists and worksheets on the meeting planning process. Fusion also developed two space calculators for determining the number of people or square footage needs. ![]() The existing RFP system was redesigned to provide a centralized system across all current and future properties using business rules to determine notifications and handling in the staff administration area. The online form was streamlined to ask questions relevant to the type of meeting. An additional improvement is the ability to upload multiple documents (i.e. Agenda, Menus, etc.) to supplement the RFP information. ![]() An administration area is available to Gaylord Hotels staff to manage accounts, profiles, RFPs and documents. A reports section is also available to display monthly aggregate and per property statistics on accounts, RFPs, and Documents. ![]() |
