Fusion redesigned the AAO-HNS web site with a new look and feel, an improved navigation system, and implemented a content management system for distributed publishing within the association. Integration with AAO-HNS' AMS provides users with real time colleague information by pulling results directly from the AMS.

Implementing a content management system allowed AAO-HNS staff to create and display content targeted to their members' interests. When members log in, custom information, specific to their interests, is presented.

Grouping pages within the content management system creates a list of links similiar to chapters in a book.
