And we did it in less than 6 weeks! Fusion negotiated with seven vendors for everything from av to citrus trees and managed to save Jamba Juice 30% of original cost estimates.
![]() The pre-planning work included content design for 5 presenters conferring on speech outlines, video development and PowerPoint slide creations. Absolutely every detail of the production was nailed so tightly that the client commented, “This is the first time I actually sat down to enjoy my dinner at the awards ceremony!” ![]() Fusion further earned the trust of this new client by respecting their concern for keeping the top prize, a new car, top secret. The set design featured spandex pieces stretched over a freestanding metal frame that provided a canvas that was painted different colors with intelligent lights. ![]() ![]() As the prize was announced, the center section was raised, revealing the car to the surprise of the audience. The entire production of the conference was such a success that Jamba Juice has contracted with Fusion for 2006 and 2007. |
