Saving money; organizing logistics to ensure ease of execution on site; and managing the content for 5 presenters, all key goals Fusion met for the Jamba Juice Brand Conference team. And we did it in less than 6 weeks! Fusion negotiated with seven vendors for everything from av to citrus trees and managed to save Jamba Juice 30% of original cost estimates.

The pre-planning work included content design for 5 presenters conferring on speech outlines, video development and PowerPoint slide creations. Absolutely every detail of the production was nailed so tightly that the client commented, “This is the first time I actually sat down to enjoy my dinner at the awards ceremony!”

Fusion further earned the trust of this new client by respecting their concern for keeping the top prize, a new car, top secret. The set design featured spandex pieces stretched over a freestanding metal frame that provided a canvas that was painted different colors with intelligent lights.

As the prize was announced, the center section was raised, revealing the car to the surprise of the audience. The entire production of the conference was such a success that Jamba Juice has contracted with Fusion for 2006 and 2007.
