Jeremy Gutsche at DigitalNow 2008

Jeremy Gutsche is the founder of TrendHunter.com, the most influential trend-spotting Web site in the world. Jeremy relentlessly tracks—and finds—The Next Big Thing, that valuable but elusive commodity, for over a million viewers a month. It's no wonder MTV places him at " the forefront of cool."

A creative individual fueled by curiosity and innovation, Jeremy Gutsche has grown Trendhunter.com into the world's largest and most trusted trend-spotting community. The site showcases a What's-Next selection from business and marketing, art and design, fashion, technology, and many other categories. For his impeccable track record and his expertise on consumer and marketing innovation, Gutsche is sought out by the world's leading companies to speak about cool-hunting, innovation and, of course, The Next Big Thing. He also appears frequently in the media, and has been interviewed by MTV, The New York Times, and The BBC.

Gutsche travels the globe and is also the Director of Upmarket, Capital One Canada’s largest acquisition business. Also at Capital One, he leads the company’s Competitive Strategy and Innovation imperative. Over the last few years there, his development of an innovation pipeline has led his team to launch several market-leading products and expand into new channels that have tripled monthly bookings. Gutsche is a former Management Consultant for the Monitor Group, where he advised government and Fortune 50 clients on top-level strategy and the assessment of new ventures. He holds an MBA from Queen's, is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and studied innovation at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
