Transportation to and from the Conference

When you arrive/depart, you have four airport transfer options:

• Arrival at DigitalNow can be a relaxing experience by using Disney's Magical Express. This convenient, complimentary shuttle and luggage delivery service takes DigitalNow attendees from the airport directly to Disney's Contemporary Resort. • Rental car, which you would arrange prior to your arrival
• Taxi cabs, which are available at the airport or through the front desk and/or concierge
• Private transportation through Mears Transportation can be arranged by calling 407-423-5566.

While you are at the Conference

• Extraordinary meals and dining experiences will be provided to DigitalNow registrants: Breakfasts on Thursday, Friday and Saturday and lunches on Thursday and Friday.
• Morning and afternoon breaks on Thursday and Friday include a wide variety of Disney’s delightful refreshments and treats.
• Thursday evening, Disney provides a grand reception with artisan and exotic spirits and heavy hors’devours.
• Friday evening, Disney hosts a private party of their world famous culinary and entertainment artistry.
• The Fusion e.comm.unity™ Resource Center partners will be available throughout the DigitalNow Conference. Interact with the tools, ask application questions, and have conversations with these industry innovators.
• The weather in Orlando at this time of year will be in the high ‘70s to low ‘80s during the day and the high ‘50s to low ‘60s in the evening. Occasional rain is always a possibility.
• Dress for the entire DigitalNow conference is business casual, i.e., shirts and slacks for men and shirts/blouses and pants/skirts for ladies. Comfortable shoes are also a must.
• Meeting rooms tend to be a bit cool, so a light sweater is advisable.
