Arrival at DigitalNow can be a relaxing experience by using Disney's Magical Express. This convenient, complimentary shuttle and luggage delivery service takes DigitalNow attendees from the airport directly to Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. Just another example of Disney’s legendary commitment to service!

Here's how Disney's Magical Express service works:

• Booking Disney's Magical Express service is easy and convenient — after receiving their guest room confirmation number, attendees have the option of using Disney's online form or calling Disney Group Reservations directly at (407) 827-6777 during business hours.
• Prior to arrival, attendees will be mailed an Airport Transportation Booklet containing general information and special luggage tags which they will attach to their luggage before departure.
• Upon arrival at Orlando International Airport, DigitalNow guests will be greeted by a Disney representative who will direct them to the Disney Airport Welcome Center in Terminal A.
• Guests will enjoy complimentary motor coach transportation to Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa while their luggage goes straight from the plane to their room. After arriving at the Grand Floridian, luggage will be delivered directly to the DigitalNow attendee's room.
• At the end of your stay, attendees will enjoy the same convenience of Disney's Magical Express service from the Grand Floridian Resort & Spa to Orlando International Airport.
