DigitalNow: Association Leadership in the Digital Age

Approved Registrations Registrations for DigitalNow are reviewed for approval. DigitalNow registration is open to Executives of Associations (C-level officers/executives, President, Executive Director, and Vice President) and their senior and volunteer leadership. Other attendees will be denied registration/attendance. If your registration criteria are determined at any time not to be accurate, then your approval to attend will be revoked. DigitalNow and Disney Institute are not liable to reimburse or satisfy any reservation or expenses connected to an inaccurate registration.

Payment Terms
DigitalNow requires the full conference registration amount to be paid prior to the event. DigitalNow reserves the right to deny registration from any registrant who has not paid. Registrations can only be confirmed to paid registrants on space available basis, first come first serve.

Check Payments
Credit cards are the preferred method of payment. DigitalNow will process your registration at time payment is received. DigitalNow is not responsible for your registration if the event sells out before your payment is received. If you must send a check, please provide the check to DigitalNow within 10 working days after your registration has been submitted. Your registration will be placed on hold during that period. Changes to Conference Registration
Changes to a conference registration, including substitutions/names changes can be directed to the DigitalNow registrar at 585-872-1900 x221. Changes may incur a credit or debit to the credit card that was used in the initial registration. Depending on the type of change, some registrations may need to be cancelled and re-entered to reflect the corrected information. NOTE: Conference registration changes may also require you to contact Disney to change your room reservation.

Conference Registration Cancellations/Substitutions and Name Changes
Conference cancellations must be received in writing by March 24, 2010 via email to digitalnow@fusionproductions.com. A $75 administrative fee will be deducted. Cancellations after March 24, 2010 will not qualify for a refund (no exceptions). We regret that refunds will not be issued after this date. Registrations may be transferred in the event of a cancellation. Transfers are subject to approval from DigitalNow. If you plan on sending a substitution in your place, the substitution must be from the same organization. Please notify DigitalNow of any substitutions as soon as possible. In the event of a conference cancellation, DigitalNow is not liable for transportation, hotel, or other costs incurred by registrants. NOTE: Conference registration cancellations and/or substitutions may also require you to contact Disney to change your room reservation.

Hotel Reservations
The conference registration fee does not include overnight accommodations. Registrants needing lodging must call Walt Disney Group Hotel Reservations to reserve rooms: 407-824-3869. Room reservations are no longer coordinated by the DigitalNow conference registrar. NOTE: After your conference registration is approved, you will receive a group ID code within your confirmation email. Please call Disney with the group ID code and reserve your room. Room Block Rate DigitalNow conference hotel room block discount: $219 per night/per room, plus tax (currently 12.5%) for lodging at Disney's Contemporary Resort. Rooms are subject to availability – first come first serve. $219 is for single or double occupancy. An additional 3rd or 4th adult in same room: $25 per person/per night. Children (under 18 yrs) in same room are complimentary. The room block discount is available through Wednesday, March 8, 2010. After March 8, rooms will be provided on a space- and rate-available basis. The room block discount rates can apply for arrivals three days before April 7,2010 and departures three days after April 10, 2010. Check-in is after 3:00PM. Check-out is before 11:00AM.

Hotel Confirmation
Disney will send guests a confirmation of their room reservation. If you do not receive this confirmation, contact Walt Disney World Group Reservations at 407-824-3869.

Hotel Billing
Attendees will pay Disney for their room, taxes and incidental charges in accordance with applicable Hotel policy.

Hotel Deposit
Individual room reservations must be confirmed and guaranteed with a deposit of one night's room revenue, plus applicable taxes. Attendees will be subject to the Hotel's credit policies and procedures at that time. Disney currently accepts the following credit cards: VISA, American Express, The Disney Credit Card, MasterCard, Diners Club Card, Discover Card and JCB Card (Japanese Credit Bureau).

Changing Your Hotel Reservation
Any changes or questions regarding your room reservation should be directed to Walt Disney World Group Reservations at 407-824-3869.

Hotel Cancellations
Hotel cancellations must be sent to Disney in writing five days before arrival, to qualify for a refund. A one night’s room revenue, plus applicable taxes will be charged to the guests for any cancellations within five days before arrival date or for any guests that are a no-show. Cancellations within five days of arrival and guests who are no-shows will not qualify for a refund. Complimentary rooms have no cash value and cannot be used for cancellation or no-show payment due to the hotel.

Indemnity
DigitalNow reserves the right to change the conference/workshop content, timing, speakers or venue without notice. The event may be postponed or cancelled due to acts of terrorism, war, extreme weather conditions, industrial action, less than expected delegates or any event beyond the control of DigitalNow. If such a situation arises, DigitalNow will endeavor to reschedule the event; however, DigitalNow cannot be held responsible for any cost, damage or expenses which may be incurred by the registrant as a consequence of the event being postponed or cancelled. Some registrants consider travel insurance to cover the cost of the registration, travel and expenses for these types of situations.

DigitalNow is not responsible for any registrant’s personal injury (i.e., physical, psychological, or emotional stress) or property damages while attending a DigitalNow conference or event. Conference registrants assumes all risks inherent in attending a DigitalNow conference for which the registration covers, whether before, during or after the conference.
