Approved Registrations Disclaimer
If your criteria is determined at any time not to be accurate, then your approval to attend will be revoked. DigitalNow and Disney Institute are not liable to reimburse or satisfy any reservation or expenses connected to your registration.

Payment terms
DigitalNow requires the full registration amount to be paid prior to the event. DigitalNow reserves the right to deny registration from any registrant who has not paid.

Check payments
Credit cards are the preferred method of payment. DigitalNow will process your registration at time payment is received. DigitalNow is not responsible for your registration if the event sells out before your payment is received. If you must send a check, please provide the check to DigitalNow within 10 working days. Your registration will be placed on hold during that period. Checks should be payable to: DigitalNow – c/o Fusion Productions. Check memo should state: DigitalNow - Attendee Name

Please note: Disney must have your credit card in order to reserve your room (a security deposit will be deducted).

Conference Registration Changes
Changes to a registration, including substitutions/names changes can be directed to the DigitalNow registration staff at 585-872-1900. Changes may need a credit or debit to the credit card that was listed in the initial registration. Depending on the type of change, some registrations may need to be cancelled and re-entered to reflect the corrected information.

Conference Registration Cancellations/Substitutions and Name Changes
Cancellations must be received in writing by April 1, 2009 via email to digitalnow@fusionproductions.com. A $75 administrative fee will be deducted. Cancellations after April 1, 2009 will not qualify for a refund. (No exceptions.) We regret that refunds will not be issued after this date. Registrations may be transferred in the event of a cancellation. (Transfers are subject to approval from the DigitalNow Advisory Group.) Conference voucher will be issued for use at any future DigitalNow conferences within 12 months of cancellation. If you plan on sending a substitution in your place, the substitution must be from the same organization. Please notify DigitalNow of any substitutions as soon as possible so the proper preparations can be arranged. In the event of a conference cancellation, DigitalNow is not liable for transportation, hotel, or other costs incurred by registrants.

Hotel Reservations
The conference registration fee does not include overnight accommodations. DigitalNow conference hotel discount of $219 per night plus tax applies at Disney’s Beach & Yacht Club Resorts - as space allows – first come first serve - through Wednesday, March 18, 2009. After March 18, rooms will be provided on a space and rate available basis. If rooms are not available at the conference resort, you will be notified via email. You may reserve your room at the group room rate for three days before 4/15/09 and the three days after 4/18/09 (subject to availability). Check-in time is after 3:00PM. Check-out time is before 11:00AM.

Hotel Confirmation
Disney will provide guests with an email confirmation of the room reservation. If you do not receive this confirmation, contact Walt Disney World Group Reservations at 407-824-3869.

Hotel Billing
Attendees will pay Disney for their room, taxes and incidental charges in accordance with applicable Hotel policy.

Hotel Deposit
Individual room reservations must be confirmed and guaranteed with a deposit of one night's room revenue, plus applicable taxes. Attendees will be subject to the Hotel's credit policies and procedures for guests at that time. Disney currently accepts the following credit cards: VISA, American Express, The Disney Credit Card, MasterCard, Diners Club Card, Discover Card and JCB Card (Japanese Credit Bureau).

Changing Your Hotel Reservation
Any changes or questions regarding your room reservation should be directed to Walt Disney World Group Reservations at 407-824-3869.

Hotel Cancellations
Should an individual cancel a reservation, refund of the deposit will be in accordance with the Hotel’s general policy (currently a refund is given if the reservation is canceled at least five days before arrival). Indemnity DigitalNow reserves the right to change the conference/workshop content, timing, speakers or venue without notice. The event may be postponed or cancelled due to acts of terrorism, war, extreme weather conditions, industrial action, less than expected delegates or any event beyond the control of DigitalNow. If such a situation arises we will endeavor to reschedule the event. However, DigitalNow cannot be held responsible for any cost, damage or expenses which may be incurred by the customer as a consequence of the event being postponed or cancelled. Some customers consider travel insurance to cover the cost of the registration, travel and expenses for these types of situations. DigitalNow is not responsible for any personal injury (i.e., physical, psychological, or emotional stress) or property damages while attending a DigitalNow conference or event. Conference attendee assumes all risks inherent in attending a DigitalNow conference for which the registration cover, whether before, during or after the conference.
