Can I bring my family?
Yes, however the evening events are for conference attendees only.

Can I stay extra days?
Yes. Hotel accommodations cannot be made without registering for the conference first. If you require additional hotel night(s) before or after the conference, please contact DigitalNow Conference Services at Fusion Productions at 585-872-1900. Please do NOT make this call until after you have received confirmation that you have been approved to attend via email.

How/when will I know I have a confirmed room reservation at Disney's Contemporary Resort?
You will receive a confirmation via mail from Disney Group Reservations within 10-14 days of registering. Any reservations after 4/01/08 will be confirmed via phone call.

How will Disney handle hotel charges to my credit card?
Your credit card will not be charged until check-in at Disney's Contemporary Resort. The credit card information is taken only to hold your reservation. However, Disney will charge the card if you cancel your registration within 5 days of arrival.

How can I get tickets to attractions?
Guest Information at Disney (407-934-7639) can supply ticket information to Walt Disney World attractions upon your arrival. DigitalNow attendees will receive discounted tickets and group offerings to the various attractions. The phone number at Disney's Contemporary Resort is (407) 824-1000. Please ask for the front desk and details for special conference attendee discounted ticket rates to Walt Disney World attractions.

How do I arrange transportation to and from hotel?
Mears Transportation is the official carrier for Walt Disney World. The direct number for reservations is 407-839-1570.

What is the attire?
Business casual. No shorts or sneakers, please.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be received in writing by April 1, 2008, to qualify for a refund. A $75 administrative fee will be deducted. Cancellations after April 1, 2008 will not qualify for a refund. (No exceptions.) Registrations may be transferred in the event of a cancellation. (Transfers are subject to approval from the DigitalNow Advisory Group.)

If I can't come at the last minute, can I send someone else from my association in my place?
Yes. Please call Fusion Productions (Patti Squier) at 585-872-1900 and notify her of the name change.
