Can I bring my family?
Yes, however all conference events are for conference attendees only.

Can I stay extra days?
Yes. The room block discount rates can apply for arrivals three days before April 7, 2010 and departures three days after April 10, 2010 (based on availability).

Is my hotel cost included in the conference fee?
No. The conference registration fee does not include overnight accommodations.

How do I reserve lodging?
Registrants needing lodging must call Walt Disney Group Hotel Reservations to reserve rooms: 407-824-3869. Room reservations are no longer coordinated by the DigitalNow conference registrar.

NOTE: After your conference registration is approved, you will receive a group ID code within your confirmation email. Please call Disney with the group ID code and reserve your room. Do not reserve your lodging until after you have received your conference registration confirmation.

How/when will I know I have a confirmed room reservation at Disney's Contemporary Resort?
You will receive a confirmation via mail from Disney Group Reservations. If you do not receive this confirmation, contact Walt Disney World Group Reservations at 407-824-3869.

How will Disney handle hotel charges to my credit card?
Individual room reservations must be confirmed and guaranteed with a deposit of one night's room revenue, plus applicable taxes. Attendees will be subject to the Hotel's credit policies and procedures at that time. Disney currently accepts the following credit cards: VISA, American Express, The Disney Credit Card, MasterCard, Diners Club Card, Discover Card and JCB Card (Japanese Credit Bureau).

How can I get tickets to attractions?
Go to Disney’s Theme Park Ticket web page.

How do I arrange transportation to and from hotel?
You have four options:

• Arrival at DigitalNow can be a relaxing experience by using Disney's Magical Express. This convenient, complimentary shuttle and luggage delivery service takes DigitalNow attendees from the airport directly to Disney's Contemporary Resort. • Rental car, which you would arrange prior to your arrival
• Taxi cabs, which are available at the airport or through the front desk and/or concierge
• Private transportation through Mears Transportation can be arranged by calling 407-423-5566

What is the attire?
Business casual. No shorts or sneakers, please.

What is the conference cancellation policy?
Conference cancellations must be received in writing by March 24, 2010 via email to digitalnow@fusionproductions.com. A $75 administrative fee will be deducted. Cancellations after March 24, 2010 will not qualify for a refund (no exceptions). We regret that refunds will not be issued after this date. Registrations may be transferred in the event of a cancellation. Transfers are subject to approval from DigitalNow. If you plan on sending a substitution in your place, the substitution must be from the same organization. Please notify DigitalNow of any substitutions as soon as possible. In the event of a conference cancellation, DigitalNow is not liable for transportation, hotel, or other costs incurred by registrants. NOTE: Conference registration cancellations and/or substitutions may also require you to contact Disney to change your room reservation.

What is the hotel cancellation policy?
Hotel cancellations must be sent to Disney in writing five days before arrival, to qualify for a refund. A one night’s room revenue, plus applicable taxes will be charged to the guests for any cancellations within five days before arrival date or for any guests that are a no-show. Cancellations within five days of arrival and guests who are no-shows will not qualify for a refund. Complimentary rooms have no cash value and cannot be used for cancellation or no-show payment due to the hotel.

If I can't come at the last minute, can I send someone else from my association in my place?
Yes. The substitute should be from the same organization. Please notify the DigitalNow registrar of any substitutions as soon as possible (585-872-1900). Conference registration substitutions will also require you to contact Disney to change your room reservation.
