SUBMISSION INFORMATION, GUIDELINES and TERMS
WHAT IS digitalNow?
digitalNow is an annual executive summit produced, hosted and co-owned by
Disney Institute and
Fusion Productions.
digitalNow—the ONLY summit for Association executives and volunteer leaders—has a history of delivering next-generation presentations (thought leadership) to help chief executives lead in the digital age; cut through the clutter; drive growth; gain stakeholders, members, and constituencies; and inspire innovative methods, strategic planning, processes, execution and implementation.
Entering its twelfth year, Fusion Productions and Disney Institute plan to once again raise the bar by providing the most critical and useful content for Association executives delivered by leading experts. digitalNow showcases the most current thought leaders, execution strategists and case studies.
BENEFITS to SPEAKERS PRESENTING at digitalNow
digitalNow is a platform to execute your professional goals in presenting leadership research, theories and trends.
digitalNow speakers receive recognition as experts among Association executives.
digitalNow speakers are able to extend their professional network and client opportunities.
digitalNow speakers frequently have published books and articles that are noted, referenced and passed along to colleagues by Association leaders.
Speakers have eligibility for CAE renewal credit when conducting continuing professional education sessions that are Association or nonprofit management-related.
CONTENT
digitalNow and its speakers have been successful in presenting the most useful forward thinking leadership strategies, value and structure. The digitalNow audience is a broad representation of Associations and their C-level, senior executives and volunteer leaders. Workshops must pertain to leadership in the digital age and have C-level strategy and depth. Content must be useful in the short and long terms, having both immediate application and steps to achieve as well as long range value to Association leaders in this rapidly changing digital world.
At digitalNow 2012, we will be engaging the experience and knowledge of the community to answer questions and mobilize solutions. Critical conversations will support executives as they explore answers to the questions listed below.
How are the major trends of the world affecting our constituents and their work environments?
What is my capacity to identify, develop, and deliver true meaningful value that creates member loyalty in this environment?
What is the ability of leadership, staff, and governance to deliver meaningful value with the nimbleness (speed and ability to change) required?
Where are my technology architecture and infrastructure for the value proposition of “trusted source” for content, connections, data, and people?
